End User License Agreement
Last updated: 2026-05-18
This End User License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal contract between you (the "User", "you") and the publisher of RabbitGo (the "Software"). Please read it carefully before installing or using the Software.
1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing, launching, or otherwise using the Software you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not install or use the Software, and any copy already on your device must be removed.
2. License grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, you are granted a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Software on devices you own or control, for your personal or internal business use. The Software is licensed to you, not sold. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the publisher and its licensors.
You may not, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law: copy the Software other than as necessary to install and run it; modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Software; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software; rent, lease, lend, sublicense, or otherwise distribute the Software; or remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices on the Software.
3. Description of the Software
RabbitGo is a client-side network proxy / VPN tunnel application. It forwards your device's traffic through one or more proxy endpoints that you configure (typically via subscription URL or manual import). The publisher:
- does not operate any proxy, VPN, DNS, or relay servers;
- does not run any cloud back end, account system, telemetry collector, or analytics service;
- does not sell, broker, or advertise third-party proxy services from inside the Software.
The quality, availability, security, and lawfulness of any proxy service you connect through are determined solely by the third party that operates it, and your contract with that third party (if any) is separate from this Agreement.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Software, or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and accepted this Agreement on your behalf.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Software only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all laws applicable to you. You will not, and will not permit others to:
- use the Software to commit, facilitate, or conceal any crime, including but not limited to intellectual-property infringement, distribution of malware, fraud, harassment, child sexual abuse material, unauthorised access to computer systems, or the circumvention of lawful network controls in jurisdictions where such circumvention is prohibited;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, or attack the proxy infrastructure of any third-party operator;
- represent the Software as a product or service of the publisher's clients, employers, or any other party;
- remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
You are solely responsible for the contents of any subscription URL you import and for compliance with that subscription's own terms of service.
6. Export controls and sanctions
The Software may be subject to export-control and sanctions laws of one or more jurisdictions. You agree not to download, use, export, or re-export the Software in violation of any such law, and not to use the Software in any country, or by any person or entity, against whom relevant sanctions apply.
7. No warranty
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. The publisher does not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free, secure, or that any defect will be corrected.
You acknowledge that the Software's ability to establish a working tunnel depends on factors outside the publisher's control — including but not limited to network conditions, third-party proxy availability, and operating-system policies.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE PUBLISHER, ITS AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, the publisher's aggregate liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the publisher and its affiliates from and against any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable lawyers' fees) arising out of or related to (a) your use of the Software, (b) your violation of this Agreement, or (c) your violation of any third-party right, including any privacy, intellectual-property, or contractual right.
10. Third-party components
The Software incorporates third-party components that are subject to their own licence terms. Notices required by those licences are provided with the Software or made available on request via the contact channels at the end of this document. Your use of those components is governed by the applicable third-party licence in addition to this Agreement.
11. Modifications to the Software and this Agreement
The publisher may update the Software, or this Agreement, at any time. Material changes to the Agreement will be surfaced in the application's release notes or About page. Your continued use of the Software after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the revised Agreement, you must cease using the Software.
12. Termination
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. Your licence to use the Software terminates automatically if you breach this Agreement; you may also terminate it at any time by deleting all copies of the Software in your possession. Sections 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 13 survive termination.
13. Governing law and severability
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the publisher is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect, and the unenforceable provision will be interpreted to most closely reflect the parties' original intent within the bounds of the law.
